The twins’ accommodation features two charming properties situated side by side. Each property boasts three cozy bedrooms. Since they can be rented together or separately, they are just perfect for a single family or a larger group wanting to travel together while still enjoying their own space.

Nestled in Fernhill, they are just 2 km from the heart of town. You can enjoy a delightful walk along the lakefront, or if you prefer, there’s a convenient option to drive to a parking area at the roundabout. This way, you can cut your stroll to just 10 minutes into town, making it much easier to avoid the hassle of finding parking in the busy area! 

 It is also a 5 min walk to the bus link that takes you all the way to Frankton and the airport.

The master bedroom features a superking bed for a cozy stay, while the other two bedrooms are equipped with split superking beds. This way, you can decide whether you prefer twin rooms for your group or a superking bed, and we’ll happily accommodate your choice!

Each house features three delightful levels. Upon entering, you’ll find a cozy bedroom and a lovely full bathroom on the ground level. As you move up to the first level, you’ll discover your inviting kitchen, dining, and living areas, perfect for spending time with family and friends. From here you can enjoy the lovely lake and mountain views from your living area. Finally, the upper level hosts two more charming bedrooms and a convenient shower room, making it a wonderful space to relax and unwind.

There is a private courtyard at the rear of each property accessed via sliding doors from the living area. This is lovely in summer days when you can open the house for indoor-outdoor flow. With a table and chairs, you can enjoy the evening air.

Each house has a parking space and a garage for your bikes / ski equipment ect .

The Lookout

This charming little haven covers over 2000 square meters of lush land brimming with a delightful array of native trees and bushes. As you relax on the balcony, you’ll find yourself surrounded by beautiful views of towering trees, majestic mountains, and a serene lake. While it embraces a rustic cabin feel, it still offers all the modern amenities and comforts you could wish for. So just take a moment to breathe and soak it all in!

With a charming pathway winding through the garden (please note, it is currently a bit uneven) that leads directly to a walkway towards Frankton Road and onward to the picturesque lakeside walkway, you can easily reach town by taking lovely strolls on foot. It’s about 3km away, making it a wonderful opportunity for a refreshing morning walk or run right at your doorstep!

The house boasts two cozy bedrooms and a lovely bathroom, perfect for a relaxing stay. The larger room features a superking bed but can easily be converted into a twin room, ensuring it meets your group’s needs. The second bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen bed . Both rooms offer fantastic views of the garden, the lake, and the stunning mountains, making it a truly delightful way to wake up each morning! It may be hard to get out of bed!

Imagine a charming wood fire paired with two heat pumps, perfect for those snug winter nights. Plus, you’ll find a brand new, fully equipped kitchen and living area that opens up to the balcony, showcasing stunning views beyond. We even added a special seat just for you to sit back and soak in the beauty!

Access is gained via a lockbox at the front door, and you have space for one car in the driveway.

The Nest

This lovely and spacious apartment is perfect for both families, friends and couples . With the second bedroom able to be either a superking bed or a twin room. 

Only a short walk from the center of town but away from the noise and bustle its a great base for those that want to walk into town. 

Based on the Queenstown Hill it affords great views of the hills to the back of town. Sit and relax in your private courtyard and watch the paragliders float down from the gondola. There are BBQ facilities.

With all the amenities you could wish for and plenty of space this apartment is great for both short and medium / long term stays.

The apartment block also has onsite parking and you have your own space allocated. There is also some free on street parking just outside the apartment.

The Bonailie Bothy

Hey there! Welcome to this lovely, newly renovated four-bedroom home in sunny Queenstown! It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a fun-filled day exploring the area. There’s plenty of space for the whole family to relax and recharge! Sit outside on the deck in the summer or stay cozy with the wood-burning stove in winter.

Located halfway between the new marina and town, you’re just a hop away from the charming Sherwood bar and restaurant—ideal for a cozy meal! Plus, it’s only 3 km to town and the airport, with handy $2 bus links nearby. Whether you enjoy the summer months or the ski season, this house is a fantastic base for your adventures! With a large internal garage, you have space to bring your ski and bike gear too!

The house features four large bedrooms. The master is a superking on the ground level, which is ideal for elderly or less mobile members of the group. You can choose whether the rest of your group needs a twin room or a superking bed in the other three rooms! This makes the house very suitable for families or adult groups, which is fantastic.

There are two bathrooms in the house, one on each level, featuring a lovely bath on the lower floor for you to soak and relax after a long day of exploring.

The Bonailie features a large, fully stocked kitchen equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and utensils. It receives excellent reviews from families who may prefer not to eat out every night.

Finally, as well as a laundry, the house has a second living area downstairs. Great for the kids to watch TV or play a board game, or for some quiet time reading one of the books we have available to choose from.

We have a child’s carry cot and high chair available.

The Lairds Bothy

Hey there! Are you looking for a stunning, warm home with a spectacular view? Look no further than “The Lairds Bothy!” This place is designed to be highly efficient, featuring triple glazing and heat exchange technology for winter. Additionally, there’s air conditioning for those hot summer days! You’ll be amazed that sometimes the sun alone can heat the house!

Here’s the scoop:

Three Bedrooms: The master bedroom features a super king bed, while the other two can be a twin or a king bed—perfect for singles, families, and couples

Two Bathrooms: One bath, two showers. Plenty of space for everyone!

Living and Dining Areas: A full-length window in the living room beautifully frames the stunning view of Cecil Peak, Lake Wakatipu, and the Remarkables, almost like a glorious picture. In the colder months, the wood-burning stove works wonderfully efficiently, quickly warming up the upper floor. Not only that, but it also heats the water while it’s burning, so you can feel cozy and enjoy the lovely scenery views.

On those lovely warm days, feel free to open the double doors leading out to the back patio, featuring a charming permanent shelter with a slatted roof. This delightful setup lets you enjoy sitting outside in the summer in total comfort while also ensuring you have wonderful privacy.

Amazing Views: We’re excited to introduce our lovely new deck area nestled in the raised garden behind the house! Climb the stairs to enjoy the stunning views of Queenstown from the cozy table and chairs, or relax in a reclining bean bag to soak in the moment truly!

You’ll be so cozy all winter long with triple glazing and a warm wood fire! And the best part? It’s only a short 2km walk, drive, or scooter ride into town, all set in a peaceful area. We can’t wait for you to come and see it for yourself!
