The But N Ben has three fantastic coffee shops within a 10 min walk, is 25 mins to Christchurch airport, 10 mins drive to the city centre, 5 mins to bus links and is close to parks, great views, and wonderful walks on the port hills.

The space
The Garden Bothy has a warm ,comfortable brand new living area with food prep area. It has sky TV and Internet access. We have fridge, microwave, slow cooker, steam cooker and electric plates as well as toaster and coffee machine!

A lovely bedroom with dressing table and good sized wardrobe has either a super king bed or twin king singles so you can come as a couple or as friends!
Newly decorated with wonderful local artists works on display you wont want to leave other than to sit with table and chair out on the patio outside the apartment and enjoy the view from the cashmere hill to the city and mountains beyond
Guest have their own private entrance which is direct onto the garden area. in the summer you are welcome to use the pool or sit in the garden if you want to throw a stick for Louis!

We are a family home in a residential area so we do like to ask for not wild parties .. unless we are invited!
