Features:
- Accommodation: Comfortably sleeps up to six guests in a cozy, tastefully decorated interior. The bothy comes equipped with three bedrooms, featuring a luxurious queen-size bed, another double, and the third room that can be either a twin or a king room!
- Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and all the necessary utensils and cookware for self-catering.
- Bathroom: This modern, clean bathroom has a shower, bath, and basin. Towels and basic toiletries are provided for your convenience. The toilet is in a separate room to allow some flexibility. A second shower room can be found in the garage/playroom.
- Living Area: A snug living area with a wood-burning stove, perfect for curling up with a book or enjoying a warm drink after a day of exploration.
- Amenities: Free Wi-Fi, a selection of board games and books, and a private outdoor seating area with a shelter for sitting in strong sun or rain.

- Hiking & Walking Trails: Step out the door and onto a network of trails that wind through stunning scenery, offering routes for all abilities. The DOC visitor centre is a short distance from the house. They are fantastic to show you the range of options and provide maps and brochures if you wish.

- Availability: Open year-round, with seasonal rates. Please check the calendar for availability and pricing.
- Check-In/Out: Standard check-in is from 3 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. Please feel free to try to arrange early check-in or late check-out. We try to accommodate if possible, but please be aware that if we are busy, we can’t do this.
- Pets: We’re sorry, but pets are not allowed to ensure the comfort of all our guests.
- Smoking: Iron Mount Bothy is a smoke-free environment.
- Reservations: To book your stay at Iron Mount Bothy, simply click on the “Book Now” button and follow the instructions. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 30 days before your stay.
